Warranties

Warranty Periods are:

1. 25 Years on in floor heating tube and fittings.

2. 10 Years on solar collectors.

3. 10 Years on Duplex stainless steel hot water tanks.

4. 5 Years on Vitreous Enamel solar hot water tanks.

5. 10 Years on all radiators.

6. 5 Years on Gas Boilers

7. 2 Years on other Boilers, Heat Pumps and all other equipment.

8. PC. Boards are excluded from Warranty unless contained in a new boiler which fails to operate upon initiation.

Warranty Conditions:

1. Specific product instructions and installation guides take precedence. Product installed contrary to instructions or best trade practices is excluded. A photo of all installed equipment in situ must be forwarded prior to Warranty being claimed.

2. Returned goods will be inspected or tested. Heating Partners® will repair or replace product at their discretion.

3. Heating Partners® will not be responsible for any loss, damage, (direct, indirect or consequential), cost or expense suffered by the purchaser.

4. Any costs associated with the return of goods will not be accepted without the prior consent of Heating Partners®. No responsibility will be accepted by Heating Partners® for products installed in remote or rural locations greater than 40km’s from the Dealer’s premises.

5. Warranty does not apply where damage occurs from fair wear and tear or failure to maintain equipment in accordance with product instructions or warranties.

6. Warranty does not apply when damage is due to poor water quality, i.e. water that does not meet accepted Municipal water quality standards.

7. All other conditions as contained in our Terms and Condition of Sale and individual product warranties.
