EMMETI INSULATING FLOOR PANELS

Standard Floor insulating panel is the result of the most advanced EPS moulding and thermal bonding technology.
The bosses moulded into the surface of the high-density polystyrene panel are covered with a special film in rigid polystyrene.
The film is heat bonded to the panel, which produces a homogeneous material with an excellent capacity to resist screed humidity, impact, and light foot traffic during installation.

The shape of the bosses allows a multiple pitch of 50 mm between pipes, thus giving the designer maximum freedom in sizing heating and cooling systems for any type of building.
The panels are joined together by means of special interlocking cylindrical grooves that seal the surface of the insulating layer, thus avoiding thermal bridges.

The Alpert, PE-X and PE-RT pipes can be fitted by a single operator by pushing with a foot.
The pipe remains blocked thanks to the special shape of the bosses, whereas suitable ribs between the bosses keep the pipe raised, improving the embedding of the screed.
