Emmeti press fitting for multilayer pipe, developed to prevent water leaks if the fitting is not pressed correctly and to ensure a quick and safe pipe-to-fitting connection when pressed correctly using the radial pressing technique.

The pliers, specific for each fitting diameter, compress a stainless steel sleeve that locks the pipe onto the fitting core (compatible with 5 different pressing profiles: TH, B, U, H, F). The hydraulic and mechanical seal is ensured by the special profile of the fitting and the double O-ring.
The special profile of the fitting and the use of the double O-ring guarantee a perfect and long-lasting hydraulic and mechanical seal after pressing, making it particularly suitable for concealed installations.

The LBP (Leak Before Pressed) function allows the installer to easily identify any unpressed fittings during the system leak test, thus avoiding potential damage.

This type of joint has achieved growing success due to its extreme simplicity and speed of installation, combined with its high degree of safety in terms of temperature and pressure sealing.
